JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead a team to success: manage and motivate a team of 2-3 mechanics,
  including training less experienced colleagues. Respect and cooperation are key here.
• Project leader from day one: Coordinate and follow up industrial installation projects from
  start to finish, with a no-nonsense approach.
• Hands-on work: Installation, connection and commissioning of electrical installations and cabinetry, always with an eye for customer orientation.
• Interventions: Carrying out interventions on existing installations

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience counts: At least 5 years' experience in industrial electricity, enabling you to be fully independent
  work and be able to manage colleagues.
• Material knowledge: Choosing the right materials and working closely with our buyers.
• Project management: Carefully planning and coordinating all project phases while respecting
  deadlines and customer needs.
• Technical skills: Cabinet construction, installation and connection of electrical cabinets, cable trays and conduits, and connection of cables to industrial machinery, lighting points and sockets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: TSO 3rd degree or equivalent.
• Work experience: At least 5 years in the industry.
• Knowledge of languages: Dutch (good), French is a
  plus.
• Driving licence: B
