JOB DESCRIPTION

As Team leader industrial electrical engineering you are the driving force on the shop floor.
You will manage a team of 2-3 mechanics, supervise less experienced colleagues and ensure that each project is carried out efficiently, safely and with attention to quality.

You are a planner, motivator and cooperating specialist - someone who enjoys taking responsibility and making a difference with our customers.

Your duties will include:

• Installation, connection and commissioning of electrical installations and cabinets
• Performing interventions on existing installations
• Coordinating your team and watching over planning, safety and quality
• Thinking along with the site manager and project teams to arrive at the best technical solutions

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience counts: At least 5 years' experience in industrial electricity so that you can work fully independently and manage colleagues.
• Material knowledge: You will choose the right materials and work closely with our buyers.
• Project management: You carefully plan and coordinate all phases of projects, respecting deadlines and client needs.
• Technical skills: Cabinet construction, installation and connection of electrical cabinets, cable trays and conduits, and connecting cables to industrial machinery, lighting points and sockets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Training: TSO 3rd grade or equivalent
• Work experience: At least 5 years in the industry
• Language skills: Dutch good, French is a plus
• Driving licence: B
